PACKAGE 1:                 One Case (24 bottles), includes one time set up fee.             $ 65.00*

PACKAGE 2:                 Two Cases (48 bottles), includes one time set up fee.           $ 100.00*

PACKAGE 3:                 Four Cases (96 bottles), includes one time set up fee.          $ 200.00

                                    Please add $ 30.00 for each additional case requested

                                    with Package 3.

Packages 1 to 3 will have the Silver Label with customer

requested artwork.

EXCLUSIVE PCKG:       Four cases (96 bottles), includes one time set up fee.            $ 500.00

                                    Please add $ 30.00 for each additional case

                                    requested with Exclusive Package.

Exclusive Package will have the Gold Label.  Gold

Package is offered ONLY to one occasion per day.         

DELIVERY FEE:            Ask your broker/agent. 

ADDITIONAL FEES:      If you request additional changes to the art work, you will be charged extra

                                    depending on the time spent making the necessary changes. Additional fees

                                    apply if we do the art design for you. 

Additional Notes:        If you would like to provide us your own art work, please feel free to do so.  Make sure

                                   the art format is JPEG (300 dpi) and the circle diameter of the art is 2.2 inches in

                                   diameter. All fees must be paid in advance. No checks are accepted. 40%

                                   cancellation fee applies to all orders if cancelled after placing your order.

                                   No refund if cancelled before TEN business days of the delivery date to you or

                                   to your broker.
